Experience the real dolce vita in this Umbrian dream villa.
Take the road less traveled to the exclusive, secluded villa Spinaltermine. Reached by a 3.2 km private road, the five-bedroom stone house offers magnificent views of the countryside, luxurious modern interiors and a separate guest house for an even more intimate getaway. Thanks to its location on the vast Castello di Reschio property, the estate’s staff are available to arrange activities, leaving you to simply relax.
Spinaltermine has unforgettable views of the rolling hills of Umbria and plenty of ways to take them in, from an infinity pool, umbrella-covered chaise longues on the pool deck and a pool house with sitting area to an outdoor kitchenette and al-fresco dining area. Wake up each morning to heated floors, and stay connected during your stay (if you wish) through Wi-Fi access.
The villa’s interiors are furnished with a mix of antique and modern pieces that share a neutral palette and high style. In the airy living room, flooded with light by a metal-edged window, tufted sofas are gathered around a wicker coffee table and stately white fireplace. The cozy library, accessed through French doors, is decorated in statement-making black and white, and the dining room mixes a modern table and chairs, antique urn and original stone walls with aplomb. The showstopping fully equipped kitchen has a beamed ceiling, industrial-style windows and large breakfast bar.
There are four bedrooms in the main house at Spinaltermine, and one in the guest house all with air conditioning. In the main house, three of the bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one has two twin beds and a bathroom downstairs. The guest house has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Many of the bedrooms have beamed ceilings and chic, graphic black and white decor, and all of the bathrooms have heated towel racks.
